Shipping Policy

We strive to fulfill orders within a 1-5 day period. Once your item has been packaged and sent to the postal carrier, it is subject to the shipping rate of that courier. Most of the time the primary shipping profile will be through USPS with the case of select few exceptions.

In addition to your order confirmation you will receive a separate email containing a tracking number in which you can monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

If an item is marked 'delivered' in your tracking number but isn't physically there, there could be many reasons! You must go to your local post office or call their customer hotline to find out what went wrong. Once it has left my hands and is officially logged into the postal tracking system, I am no longer in control and therefore no longer responsible. However sometimes mistakes or delays do happen so it is important to check first with your local post office before jumping into conclusions.
