Return Policy

I am happy to offer a 5 day return policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me through the contact page on this site or directly via email at

If it has been 5 calendar days or more since your purchase, unfortunately I am unable to assist in a return or exchange.

**NOTE: We do not accept returns for limited edition items** - this includes custom made or made-to-order work.

To be eligible for a return: 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be intact and in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange a proof of purchase is required. Please have your order receipt/ invoice with your order number accessible upon commencing this process.


Upon receiving your item(s), they will be inspected, and you will be notified as to the qualification status for your return. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of exchanges - the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I am not responsible for any packages that are not successfully received, so it is recommended to purchase tracking shipping services for any returned items or even shipping insurance in select instances. 


Exchanges will be offered on a case-by-case basis if items are received defective or damaged. I do my best to safely and intentionally package all orders, however I am not responsible for any damages caused by the postal system during transit.
